Alec Baldwin Denies He's Not Cooperating w/ 'Rust' Shooting Investigation

Alec Baldwin is denying reports that he's not complying with the investigation into the deadly shooting on a New Mexico film.

Authorities are reportedly trying to get Baldwin's cellphone and have got a warrant for Baldwin to turn it over. He has still not given then his phone.

Baldwin was practicing how he should draw the prop gun on the set of the movie "Rust" moments before she shot and killed a crew member and injured another.

Baldwin says New Mexico has to go through New York law enforcement and tell them exactly what they need and he said this can take some time.

"They can't just go through your phone and take your photos, or your love letters to your wife, or what have you," he said. "Any suggestion that I am not complying with requests or orders or demands or search warrants about my phone, that's bull——, that's a lie."

The investigation into how a live round got into the gun is ongoing.
