In April, Fivio was arrested after a brief chase with police on foot. Reports say Fivio, real name Maxie Ryles III, left his 2018 Mercedes Benz running in a no-parking zone as he went into the nearby Citibank.
Capt. Ricky Mirkovic said an officer, Sgt. Howard Ginsburg then asked to see the rapper’s driver’s license as he approached the vehicle.
Fivio asked whether he was getting a ticket before walking away. The officer asked the rapper several times to stop so they could speak to him, adding that he “acknowledged but ignored him and continued to walk away.”
FIVIO FOREIGN DANCES
Fivio was charged with weapons possession, having a defaced firearm and resisting arrest. He was sent to Bergen County Jail after a brief scuffle with police officers.
The following month, he told his fans he would soon be a free man.
