Last week it was revealed that ’19 Kids and Counting’ star Josh Duggar had been arrested by the feds… but the charges had not been revealed.
Now it’s been revealed that Duggar has been charged with Possession Of Child Pornography.
A federal grand jury in the Western District of Arkansas indicted Duggar — claiming that he “knowingly” received images of children under the age of 12.

Duggar has been charged on two counts in connection to child pornography. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years behind bars and fines up to $250,000 on each count.
“Josh Duggar has been charged in a two-count indictment. He has pled not guilty to both charges and we intend to defend this case aggressively and thoroughly. In this country, no one can stop prosecutors from charging a crime. But when you’re accused, you can fight back in the courtroom — and that is exactly what Josh intends to do,” his attorneys said in a statement.
