Former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star Yung Berg, also known as Hitmaka, is accused of pistol-whipping his girlfriend.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department's report obtained by The Blast, the incident reportedly occurred at a private residence in Los Angeles.

The report reads that the "suspect and victim became involved in a verbal dispute. The suspect pistol-whipped victim (numerous times), resulting in verifiable injuries." The incident was classified as 'intimate partner violence.'

LAPD then issued his girlfriend an emergency protective order which restrains him from coming within 100 yards of his alleged victim -- until March 20. Berg must not to contact her directly or indirectly in any even by electronic means, and cannot go near her home, per The Blast.

This is not Berg's first domestic incident. A while back, he was arrested for assaulting his then-girlfriend, Masika Tucker. The producer accepted a plea deal, and he was dropped from the VH1 show.

"Based on the severity of the allegations against Yung Berg, VH1 is terminating its relationship with him in connection with Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, effective immediately," VH1 said in its statement.

"Yung Berg was arrested on November 5 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with an assault on fellow cast member Masika Tucker," it added. "The arrest took place in a New York hotel several hours after the taping of the reunion special for Love & Hip Hop Hollywood had wrapped."
