Rapper Young Dro has been arrested after he reportedly threw a banana pudding at his girlfriend during an altercation.

Sources told TMZ that the couple had been arguing over money -- but things got heated, and the food started flying. Dro's girlfriend also reportedly threw food.

The cops turned up, and Dro's girlfriend said she did not wish to make a complaint, but the cops went ahead and arrested him anyway. Dro is now facing two counts of misdemeanor battery/family violence.

Dro continues to sit in jail as he's also being held on a child support contempt order. The rapper reportedly owes $41k in back child support and will have to cough up $10k to be released from jail.

Dro was arrested back in 2019 in Statesboro, GA on several charges including, a handful of charges that included possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon in a school safety zone, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

"That was my partner, but I guess it wasn't for me," Dro told Charlemagne, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy after the arrest. "He turned the story around and was like, 'They're just saying the gun is mine because of who Dro is. It's his gun. He has a record.' We cuffed, and I was trying to slide [over], so I could headbutt him."
