One of the men suspected of killing Young Dolph has been sentenced to 2 years in prison over a probation violation.
Justin Johnson had violated the terms of his release. It stemmed from an old gun charge.
Action 5 News reports that his violations include “not being regularly employed, missing mandatory drug screenings and therapy, failing to seek permission before leaving the jurisdiction and being arrested.”
Last month Johnson was reportedly beaten in jail.
SOULJA BOY GOES OFF
Johnson was punched by another inmate while making a phone call, TMZ reported. Johnson’s lawyer, Juni Ganguli, says he was in the facility’s visitation area and somebody in the waiting room walked up to him and punched him.
Johnson has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder (for shooting at Young Dolph’s brother who was with the rapper when he was killed), being a felon in possession of a firearm, employment of a firearm during a dangerous felony and theft over $10,000.
