The three men accused of murdering Young Dolph have been given one week to find attorneys.
According to FOX13 Memphis, Judge Lee Coffee ordered Cornelius Smith, 32, and Justin Johnson, 23, to hire attorneys by 9 a.m. Feb. 4, or they’ll be assigned a public defender.
This was after all men showed up to a hearing without representation.
“If you have a lawyer hired, that’s fine, but as I told you 10 days ago, I cannot allow you to sit in jail week after week, month after month, without a lawyer,” Coffee told them. “If you don’t have a lawyer hired on Feb. 4, I’m going to hire a private attorney to represent both of you all.”

Two weeks ago attorney Arthur Horne confirmed that he will no longer be representing any of the men charged with the murder of rapper Young Dolph.
“After reading a few recent articles, watching a half dozen blogs and skimming through the comments section I’ve learned a sobering fact: Misinformation spreads and sells far faster than the truth. There’s also an old quote that goes: ‘A lie will make it halfway around the world before the truth puts it’s shoes on,” he wrote on social media.
