YG attended Slim 400’s funeral as one of the pallbearers who carried Slim 400’s casket to the gravesite.
Slim 400’s casket was covered with red bandanas and high-top white and red Chuck Taylors.
The rapper was gunned down last month along the 8600 block of 7th Avenue in Inglewood.
“[Slim 400] wasn’t supposed to be over there anyway,” Wack 100 told HipHopDX after Slim 400 was killed. “You know it’s a war going on over there. When you on a n*gga block, a n*gga gon’ come through. You know a war going on over there with the homies.”
“I just had a conversation with that n*gga too, man,” said Wack. “I’ve been trying to get that n*gga to go do stand-up comedy for three years now. I was talking to Ghazi about four days ago and he just called me saying, ‘Wack, you just called me saying Slim need to get out the streets and do stand-up comedy four days ago.'”
