Kanye West leaves the studio wearing a ''Make America Great Again" hat following his recent Tweets on President Trump. Kanye has posted a selfie of himself wearing a Donald Trump “Make America Great Again” baseball cap on his Twitter feed - before revealing it is signed by the president himself.
Following his selfie, the rapper then tweeted a close-up of the autographed cap on Twitter, where he wrote: "My MAGA hat is signed," alongside numerous fire emojis. West is an outspoken supporter of President Trump and earlier in the day tweeted: "You don't have to agree with Trump but the mob can't make me not love him.
We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don't agree with everything anyone does. That's what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought."
The President responded to the rapper on Twitter saying: "Thank you Kanye, very cool!"
According to The Blast, Kanye returning to Twitter was a very calculated move:
Sources close to Kanye tell us the reason he came back to Twitter was because he has a friendship with co-founder and CEO Jack Dorsey. Sources connected to Twitter say that Dorsey did not pressure Kanye to start firing off tweets to his almost 30 million followers, but that he just “Decided to come back completely on his own.”
He previously had an Instagram account, but de-activated it after Valentine’s Day and since then had been dormant on social media.
We’re told Yeezy has great respect for Dorsey and his ideology, and believes exclusively delivering his messages over Twitter supports his friend.
