Actor Shemar Moore and his male companion had a falling out, and it caused Shemar to get the police involved.
MediaTakeOut.com learned that Shemar called police on his former "friend" Keith Tisdell, claiming that Keith embezzeled close to $100K from him.
The two men met on the set of Shemar's CBS hit show, CRIMINAL MINDS, and immediately hit it off. The two men got CLOSE, and Shemar invited him to work with his retail company.
Shemar and Keith were almost inseparable - even on social media. The duo posted more than a dozen Instagram photos together since April 2013. The two were photo'd attending industry events together and going on trips and bike rides.
Shemar claims that while working for the company, Keith embezzled $60K. But Shemar is also mad at all the gifts, vacations and living expenses that he gave Keith also. Here is how the NY Daily News is reporting it:
Moore said on top of the money stolen from his company, he also bought Tisdell $10,000 rims for his car, funded shared vacations and gave him up to $20,000 to help with expenses, the Times reported.
It was an audit that eventually uncovered Tisdell's shenanigans, Moore said, but the friend didn't take responsibility when initially confronted.
"In my mind, he wasn't man enough to look me in the eye and fess up," Moore reportedly told the judge.
Why get the police involved - couldn't he just have taken him to DIVORCE COURT???
