The male accuser suing Usher for allegedly giving him to herpes has dropped his request for the singer to turn over his medical records.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the male withdrew his motion to compel. The request was initially made to prove that Usher had a history of herpes.

The unidentified male filed a motion to compel accusing Usher of refusing to turn over key evidence in the case and demanded the judge order the singer to turn over information/documents, including his confidential medical history and possible settlements in the past. Usher allegedly refused to turn them over, citing attorney-client privilege and physician-patient privilege" as a reason not to.

The male claimed he had sex with Usher at a Koreatown spa in Los Angeles.

The case is ongoing.
