Usher's GAY HERPES Lawsuit Heats Up . . . Gay Accuser Wants ORDER OF PROTECTION!!

Usher Raymond is caught up in one of the most EMBARRASSING scandals in modern history. A GAY MAN is claiming that he and Usher had s*x - and that Usher exposed him to HERPES.

And now that lawsuit is heating up. He's filed a motion to COMPEL Usher to reveal his herpes related medical information to the court.

Quantasia Sharpton, and two anonymous people the court has named Jane Doe and John Doe sued Usher after they all claimed they had sexual relations with him. They say Usher did not tell them he has the disease and are seeking unspecified damages.

Here's how The Blast is reporting it:

Doe says Usher has not only refused to turn over documents but tried to invoke attorney-client privilege and physician-patient privilege in his effort to not hand over the records.

The singer has accused Doe of trying to harass him with the demands and has refused to answer his numerous questions.

Doe is also seeking a protective order over Usher’s medical records saying that the public dissemination of his medical history would invade his privacy and cause embarrassment and distress to him. He says specifically the medical info he has obtained thus far from Usher, during discovery in the lawsuit, could result in ridicule and possibly harassment of the singer if released.

According to the court documents, the man, "John Doe" claimed that he had sex with Usher at a spa in Los Angeles’ Koreatown.

The judge has yet to make a ruling on the case.
