Usher's herpes case takes another turn as the R&B singer is urging the court not to unseal his medical records.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Usher went to court to request that certain records be sealed from the public. He claimed that he needs to file exhibits to his motion seeking to compel one of the women suing him to hand over certain information.

Usher isn't only pushing for his medical records to be sealed; he also wants his female accuser's records sealed too. He says the exhibits include previous and current private health diagnoses - but surely, if the woman had the disease before any alleged encounters - his medical records could help to clear him?

He wrote in the docs that he wants them sealed for her protection:

“There is no gray area that allows for the revelation of some of Jane Doe's personal information without compromising her privacy rights. Any public exposure of her private information could result in significant harm to Jane Doe.”

The judge has not yet ruled on the filing.
