Joe Giudice, one of the cast members of Bravo show, Real Housewives of New Jersey, has had his deportation appeal shut down by a U.S. Attorney General.

According to RadarOnline, Joe, 49, submitted his final brief to the Third Circuit Court, outlining reasons he should remain in the United States.

Back in October 2018, a judge ruled that the reality television star be deported on the grounds that he committed an aggravated felony — which holds as the highest level crime in the U.S. and warrants automatic deportation from the country.

Joe remains in ICE custody at the Clinton County Correctional facility. His family has been rallying to keep him in the United States.

His wife Teresa Giudice has stated publicly that she will divorce Joe if he is deported back to Italy. She will not be moving the family with him. We're unsure as to whether Joe will be able to reverse the Attorney General's decision.
