Tyrese has scored a win in the bitter custody battle between him and his ex-wife, Norma Gibson.

Last week, Norma claimed that she needed a large sum of money from Tyrese to pay for babysitters when she's out handling her business.

The judge is not feeling Norma's new claims and agrees that babysitting fees for his 11-year-old daughter Shayla's should be limited. ET reports that details what qualifies as work activities for Norma - including developing her life coaching biz, working on her book or pursuing her art.

The court recommended that Norma "maintain a diary of time spent on work."

Norma can only claim babysitting fees for things relating to work - nothing extra. Tyrese wants unemployed Norma to get a job.

Tyrese and Norma split in 2009. The actor remarried in 2017 to Samantha Lee in February 2017 and welcomed their first child together on Oct. 1. Tyrese has made his custody battle very public, even breaking down several times on social media when he was prevented from seeing Shayla.

Things are looking up for the R&B superstar!
