Tyrese has confirmed that his beef with The Rock Dwayne Johnson is over and that they speak on the phone all the time.
“We’ve been on the phone every other day. We reconnected in a real way. I think we’re both better men on the other side of all that stuff that went down,” Tyrese told Tiffany Haddish. “To be honest, I didn’t know how the phone call would happen. But it did happen and we’re about 20 phone calls in. We’re in a competition right now on who can leave the longest voice note.”
The pair famously beefed online after Johnson’s announced the news of his Fast and Furious spinoff film, Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.
TYRESE SHAVES HIS GF'S PUBES
After the movie was released and flopped, Tyrese wrote:
“I have to show my respects for one thing … He tried,” Gibson wrote, calling the box office numbers for Hobbs & Shaw “NOT a win.”
“Folks called me a hater … And attacked me for speaking out … Breaking up the family clearly doesn’t have the value that one would assume it does … You know what maybe just maybe … The Rock and the crew will come dance with us again for #Fast10. We can all hug it out and get back to giving the true fans who have supported this franchise for 20 years WHAT they want … No hating I’m just pointing out the facts.”
