Trump attorney and former Mayor, Rudy Giuliani is pleading poverty as his ex-wife requests spousal support and other financial payouts.

According to Page Six, Judith Nathan's's lawyers claim that her former hubby says he is broke despite making approximately $9.5 million last year.Nathan’s lawyer Bernard Clair mocked Giuliani, saying that he suffers from “sudden income deficit syndrome.”

“The symptoms of the SIDS program is front and center: first, Mr. Giuliani claims financial trouble, financial trouble that existed only post-commencement [of the divorce proceeding], according to his statements,” Clair told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz. “His actions and his finances and his expenses don’t comport with the claim of his income diminishment.”

Nathan is requesting that he pay for expenses for several of their shared residences, her personal assistant, the cost of housing her elderly mother in an assisted living facility as well as $63,000 a month in spousal support.

Nathan, 63, filed for divorce back in April after Giuliani went public with mistress Maria Rosa Ryan.
