President Trump has denied recent rape allegations claiming that his alleged accuser is not his type.
Writer E. Jean Carroll‘s alleged that he sexually assaulted her in the dressing room of New York’s Bergdorf Goodman in the mid-1990s.
"He just went at it. He pulled down my tights and it was a fight,” Carroll said in an appearance on CNN. “I want women know that I did not stand there, I did not freeze, I was not paralyzed, which is a reaction could have had because it's so shocking. No, I fought."
But in a recent interview with The Hill, Trump denied the allegations:
“I’ll say it with great respect: Number one, she’s not my type. Number two, it never happened. It never happened, OK?” he said.
“Totally lying. I don’t know anything about her. I know nothing about this woman. I know nothing about her. She is — it’s just a terrible thing that people can make statements like that.”
