Tristan Thompson Granted $50K In Libel Lawsuit Against Alleged Baby Mama Kimberly Alexander

Tristan Thompson has been granted $50K in libel lawsuit against Kimberly Alexander, the woman who alleges she is his baby mama.

Alexander was ordered to pay him $50,000 in general damages and $2,901.95 in costs in a conditional default judgment.

Kimberly claims Tristan is the father of her child and requested he take a paternity test. He agreed to take a DNA test in May 2020. After taking the test, the results came back negative.

He then filed the lawsuit after Kimberly continued to claims that he is the father.

"Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child's father and she has maliciously accused Thompson of being a deadbeat dad, 'neglecting' and failing to take financial responsibility for the child since birth," Tristan's attorney told Page Six.

Kimberly was also sent a cease and desist weeks backs after posting fake DMs online that she said she'd received from Khloe. Kimberly admitted they were fake.
