Travis Scott settled a lawsuit against him filed by Coachella.

Scott has reportedly taken a deposit from the festival but later pulled out without returning the funds.

According to The Blast, sources state that the $217,500 deposit was returned to the show’s organizers and the case will be dismissed.

The source also alleges that the person who booked Scott was not his official booker and that Scott had never agreed to perform at this year's festival.

The suit claimed Scott had entered into a contract to perform at the 2019 Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience, held on the Empire Polo Grounds, the same place as the famous Coachella music festival. Scott was to be paid $400,000 for a 75-minute show in March.

Scott will begin the second leg of his Astroworld tour on Jan. 25 through Mar. 24.

Maybe Scott just wants some alone time with his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner and their baby daughter, Stormi, after his tour.
