'Tiger King' Joe Exotic Requests Change Of Judge In $94 Million Lawsuit

Tiger King Joe Exotic has requested a change of judge in his new $94 million lawsuit against the county and several federal agencies who had a hand in his arrest and prison sentence.

Exotic filed a motion this week requesting that Judge Scott L. Palk recuse himself from the lawsuit. Exotic says that Palk may be biased against him as he's an avid animal rights activist. Exotic also claims that Palk is homophobic -- according to TMZ.

Palk has overseen several of Exotic's lawsuits in the past.

"I will make sure you are never around another animal the rest of your life. You were trying to broker a pair of lions to support your husband from jail," Exotic says the "hostile" judge told him.

A federal jury found Exotic guilty of trying to hire someone to kill animal rights activist Carole Baskin in November 2017. He was also charged with several wildlife violations
