Just days after a second man was arrested and charged in connection with the death of Mac Miller - police have detained a third man linked to the crime.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, a man named Stephen "Stevie" Walter was arrested Monday in Los Angeles.
Cameron James Pettit, the first man arrested over Miller's death, contacted Walter on the night of Sept. 4, 2018. Mac had asked Pettit for some percs, and Pettit agreed to supply him with "ten blues."
Police then say that Pettit contacted Walter to get his hands on the ten blues. Walter sent a runner to Pettit with the pills -- and Pettit delivered them to Mac at about 2:30 AM on Sept. 5 -- the rapper was found dead on Sept. 7. The runner was Ryan Reavis, the second man who was arrested and charged earlier this week.
Walter was picked up by the U.S. Attorney's Office on a charge of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
