Tekashi 6ix9ine's attorney, Lance Lazzaro is planning to get his high profile client released from jail, and soon!

According to TMZ, Lazzaro putting a bail package together for 6ix9ine (real name, Daniel Hernandez) allowing him to await the beginning of his trial which is set to being on Sept, 19.

Lazzaro plans ask the court to set his bail at $1.5 million, and Lazarro will also make the case that Tekashi's not a danger to the community nor a flight risk.

"6ix9ine's lawyer says he wants to file the motion before his next scheduled court appearance in late January. If the judge rules in his favor and grants bail, the rapper can await trial from the comfort of his own home once he posts the $1.5 mil."

As eager as 6ix9ine may be to leave prison, we think he may be in far less danger behind bars than walking the streets. The feds scooped him up after they heard that there were plans for members of Treyway to "super violate" the DUMMY BOY rapper.
