Tekashi69 will have to sit for a while behind bars if his bail is denied, but his lawyer claims that he is no snitch!
6ix9ine was back in court yesterday, where he pleaded not guilty to federal racketeering and firearms charges. According to Pitchfork, Tekashi will remain behind bars for the foreseeable future. His lawyer has not yet re-applied for bail.
6ix9ine's trial has been scheduled for Sept. 4, 2019.
His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro told Billboard:
"I'm waiting on the transcript from the court appearance on Nov. 19 before Magistrate Pittman, and then [we] will schedule a bail hearing." Lazzaro also addressed rumors that his client had snitched due to his move to another federal facility. He said Tekashi was “Not giving states evidence.”
While 6ix9ine remained silent during his trial date appearance, former manager and co-defendant Shotti trended online yesterday.
It is reported that he said the following in court:
"We don't fold, we don't bend, we don't break. It's Tr3yway."
It seems that Shotti is prepared to sit for as long as it takes. What everybody wants to know is, will Tekashi fold? Were Shotti's words a warning to the Tekashi camp?
