6ix9ine is being sued again…this time for missing several concerts in Hollywood.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Streammusic claims the rapper agreed to perform several concerts in Los Angeles inside a private venue.
In August, they agreed to pay him $150,000 upfront to sign the deal and he agreed to “perform two musical concerts” and Streammusic was granted the rights to stream a live audiovisual broadcast of the performances. He was supposed to promote the shows on his social media.
In December they allege that the rapper did not promote the show on his social media and that he ghosted them.
They said they “allocated significant financial and human resources in connection with preparing for and marketing the performances that Defendant agreed to perform, including hours of marketing meetings, hours of curating video assets, hours of development embedding videos into Plaintiff’s mobile application, hours of curating other assets and managerial tasks, and arrangements for extra security measures.”
They are now asking for “compensatory damages no less than $1 million and for exemplary or punitive damages of no less than $1 million.”
