Tekashi 6ix9ine just got some good news from the court - he's officially being let OFF probation.

According to the NY Post's Page Six, Tekashi will be sentenced to time served next week, and will be let off probation. Tekashi was still facing punishment for posting a video online of a 13-year-old girl engaged in a sex act.

Back in October, 6ix9ine was sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service and four years probation.

That was, until Daniel Hernandez got indicted earlier this month. He's currently in federal custody, and being held without bail on the federal case.

Under the law - he can’t be on probation and in federal jail - so he’ll get time served, the source told the NY Post.

And that judge's decision is NOT reversible. That means if Tekashi DOES manage to beat the federal case against him, he'll no longer be on probation anymore.
