Two Washington DC area children, girls ages 13 and 15, have been charged with felony murder after D.C. police said they attempted to carjack a food delivery driver. The car crashed, and the man was fatally injured.
The entire car jacking was captured on video by a passerby. He recorded the whole thing and streamed it on Live.

The girls — both legally too young to drive — were also charged with armed carjacking, according to authorities. A D.C. police spokesman told MTO News that at least one girl was armed with a stun device, which was found inside the crashed vehicle. Stun guns are illegal in Washington DC.

MTO News will not identify the girls because they are charged as juveniles.
The victim however was Mohammad Anwar, a 66-year-old immigrant from Pakistan who lived in Virginia and was working as a driver for Uber Eats. His death is the latest in a string of carjackings that began last year around the nation, and is continuing this year.
