Tay-K will be behind bars for some years to come, and on Tuesday, the rapper or his team took to Twitter to ask his fans to send him letters and to put money on his books.

Tay-K was sentenced to 55 years in prison and fined $10,000 for the murder of Ethan Walker during a home invasion in Mansfield, Texas in 2016. 

He was also sentenced for three additional counts of aggravated robbery and will concurrently serve a 30-year prison sentence for the murder conviction. He will also serve 13 years each for the remaining two.

He is also preparing to pen a tell-all book during his prison bid, according to reports.
