T.I. took to Instagram to celebrate Cyntoia Brown's release from prison on Wednesday.

"Welcome Home Queen 👑 #CyntoiaBrown #USorELSE✊🏽" he wrote in the caption along with a close up picture of Cyntoia.

Cyntoia served 15 years of a life sentence for killing a man who attempted to buy her for sex when she was just 16. She was released from a Nashville prison, Tennessee officials announced early Wednesday.

Cyntoia was granted clemency by Gov. Bill Haslam who called it a "tragic and complex case."

Prosecutors had claimed that she shot him as part of a plan to rob him, but she told police she was acting to protect herself. She did not testify during her own trial and was subsequently convicted and sentenced to life in prison over the killing.

Several high profile celebs had rallied for her release including Tarana Burke, Rihanna, and even Kim Kardashian.
