The iconic girl band, The Spice Girls, have confirmed that they will be embarking on a reunion tour - minus Victoria Beckham. It will be their first tour in over a decade and they will be hitting the stage at six UK stadium dates in June next year.

Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Horner announced the news this week on social media.

The tour will begin at Manchester's Etihad Stadium on 1 June 2019. Tickets go on sale this weekend. The Spice Girls will also perform in Coventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh, and Bristol, before wrapping the tour up in London's Wembley Stadium.

Vocally, Beckham's absence won't be missed as much. She was often noted as being the weakest of the group, instead choosing to pose and pout on stage and during the videos.

She did however, release a statement:

"Being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls so much love and fun as they go back on tour, I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!"

Some fans are speculating whether or not Beckham might pop at at one of the shows as a special surprise for fans. It will be interested to see how fast the tickets sell out.
