Rapper Soulja Boy's lips have been damaged from years of excessive weed smoking. Yesterday the rapper/reality star hit up the red carpet at the Spotify "new artist" party.

And the paparazzi managed to get a close up look at the rappers lips.

The close up images show that Soulja boy's lips are filled with scars from burn marks - left by blunts.

Soulja Boy is a rapper, record producer, actor and entrepreneur.

In September 2007, his debut single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" peaked at number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The single was initially self-published to the internet, and later became a number-one hit in the United States for seven non-consecutive weeks starting in September 2007.  On August 17, Way was listed at number 18 on the Forbes list of Hip-Hop Cash Kings of 2010 for earning $7 million for that year.

Soulja Boy recently went viral for his bizarre interviews, first on Vlad TV then on the Breakfast Club.

In other news, according to Billboard:

Soulja Boy has a message for Ariana Grande… why didn’t you just call?!

The 28-year-old rapper has been caught up in a plagiarism row, with a handful of music sleuths pointing out Grande’s “7 Rings” has an all-too familiar ring to it. Put simply, they’re saying Grande’s new hit sounds a lot like Soulja’s 2010 number “Pretty Boy Swag.”

Just hours before Grande’s new album Thank U, Next made its big arrival, Soulja dropped by the Billboard Power 100 party in Los Angeles, where he addressed the “7 Rings” controversy.

“It’s devastating,” he said when he first compared the two tracks. “I just feel like she should have reached out and we coulda did this song. She could have got a feature, know what I’m saying? She coulda called me. We could’ve got into the studio and done something ten-times as dope, you know.”

Speaking to Billboard on the red carpet, the hip-hop artist pitched Ariana with an offer of his own. “It’s all good,” he explained, pointing out life is great and business is even better having just signed to Warner Chappell. “Next time just hit me up Ariana, we can get into the studio. We can make a song together.”
