Social media were left divided after rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine put up a Billboard of himself on one of the tallest billboards in New York's Time's Square, promoting his new single.
"While a few NY rappers going back n forth over who is king of New York. #6ix9ine just got the biggest billboard in Times Square ... announcing he's dropping a song tomorrow and going live at IG live at 3 PM. Is he finna reclaim the throne as king or na?" pal DJ Akademiks captioned the post sharing the Billboard.
Viewers weighed in:
"King of trolling or King of snitching or both 🧐," wrote one follower.
"NY going down sad for this one 😭" another wrote.
Some speculated that his Instagram Live session slated for later on this afternoon could break records.
"Funny part is there's pretty much no one in time square, and he probably spent hella bread on that. L" a follower chimed in.
