Brooklyn serial rapist Keith Wiggins did the perp walk on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. The alleged serial rapist was taken in shackles from Brooklyn's Special Victims Unit to Brooklyn Court for arraignment.
Police believe that Keith is the armed man who attacked three women during a rape spree in Brooklyn.
Keith, 26, was hit with a number of charges that include rape, criminal sex act and menacing after his victims identified him during line-ups.
The rapist first struck when he pulled a gun on a 29-year-old bus matron heading to work in East New York and raped her behind a parked truck on Fountain Ave. around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
He then tried to do the same thing to a 15-year-old girl around 30 minutes later but the teen managed to run away and was not harmed, cops said.
The creep sexually assaulted a third woman, 26, inside her building around 8:40 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
