Shamari Devoe from the Atlanta Housewives was involved in a lesbian relationship, with hip-hop star Missy Elliot, according to one of Missy's close friends. Last night on the Atlanta Housewives, Shamari opened up about her same sex relationships in the past.

According to Shamari, she had "open relationships" in the past - and has had relationships with women.

One of those women was Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliot. According to one of Missy's friends, Shamari and Missy were a couple about a decade ago.

The insider explained, "Shamari wasn't gay or anything, Missy turned her out." The insider explained. "I think they were working on music, and Missy talked her out of her drawers," she added. 

Missy and Shamari's relationship was before her marriage to husband Ronnie, the insider claims. And it didn't last long either. "Missy had a lot of girlfriends back then," her friend told MTO News.
