A San Francisco man, who calls himself a scammer - went on social media and bragged about "finessing" Drake out of $100K. The man - who goes by the name GuapDad 4000 - claims that he managed to finesse Drake out of a $100K appearance fee.
GuapDad promoted a party on Friday, that he claimed was "an afterparty for Drake and Migos' show" in Oakland. GuapDad's event was promoted on the radio as if there was no question that Drake would be there. In the flyer, they even ensured there would be performances. Here's the flyer:
Tickets for the event started at $99 + fees. General Admission and VIP Tickets started at $149+fees. VIP Tickets included complimentary VIP reserved parking, express entry, VIP area and two premium drinks. Special VIP tickets went up to $20k for private tables that sat up to 10 people with bottle service.
Well it turns out that instead of paying Drake his $100K appearance fee - GuapDad scammed Drake into appearing at the event for free. Somehow, the promoter finessed Drake into making a "free" appearance at his party.
Then, GuapDad went on social media - bragging about how he scammed Drake. Look:
It's not clear what Drake plans on doing against the scammer.
