The Satanic Temple is moving ahead with its plan to sue Netflix over their new show, the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

The Temple is claiming copyright infringement over the show's usage of their own monument of Baphomet appears to be an exact replica of the Satanic Temple’s own.

Co-founder Lucien Greaves shared images of both on social media, and we have to say, the evidence is pretty damning.

The lawsuit was filed earlier this week to the U.S. District Court in New York. The suit alleges that four episodes of the show feature a Baphomet which is a copy of their copyrighted version. The suit also alleges that the statute contains several elements that make it an “original expression,” and subject to copyright. The statue features two children looking up in awe at a goat-headed man-beast.

Social media aired their opinions.

If it weren't for the two children gazing up at the Dark Lord, Netflix may have been able to swing it. The church is suing Netflix to the tune of $50 million.
