Rob Kardashian has filed a claim to lower his monthly child support payments to Blac Chyna.
According to The Blast, Rob is claiming that Blac Chyna earns more than he does (which is most likely true) and wants his $20,000 a month child support payments to be modified.
Rob claims he “can no longer afford these orders” and is requesting a modification, claiming that Chyna's claims of domestic violence and the restraining order caused him to lose income.
“I have not participated in the filming of any episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a restraining order against me. Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media,” he says in the paperwork.
“It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the [‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’] reality show,” he continues. “I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures.”
Since then he has remained low key, even staying off social media. Rob is now claiming that he earns just $10,000 a week while Black Chyna earned approx six times that amount.
Reports say that Rob's lawyers state that the former reality star should receive $2,864 for his 50/50 custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Dream.
