Rick Ross has spoken out about his long-running feud with Cash Money boss, Birdman, saying that he no longer has an issue with the music mogul.

"Just being honest with yourself or with myself, if Lil Wayne could move forward with his differences with the homie, why should I still have a difference with him? You know, he never owed me nothing," Ross told Drink Champs host N.O.R.E. at the Miami Dade College per AllHipHop.

"I just was speaking as a big homie from my perspective: 'Damn, I see my little dawg suffering, something ain't right here. Let me say something about it.' That's what it basically came down to. And like I said, they moved forward. Rozay don't got no issue."

Ross released a shocking diss track "Idols Become Rivals" aimed at Baby back in 2017, calling him out for screwing over Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled. During an episode of Drink Champs earlier this year, Birdman touched on the subject, saying that Ross should stay out of another man's business.

"The passion for me even doing that really came from me watching Khaled's situation. Y'all know Khaled's an honorable dude and of course, he left with nothing but class, with nothing to say, but me knowing what was going on, that's where that really came from," Ross added.

Is it time for these guys to put the past behind them?
