RHONJ's Joe Giudice's Deportation Appeal Has Reportedly Been Denied

Joe Giudice, a star of Real Housewives of New Jersey, has reportedly had his deportation appeal denied by the US government.

“We have always maintained that Joe Giudice belongs in the United States with his family, not in Italy. The immigration laws in our country are both draconian and antiquated and need to be revisited by forward-thinking members of Congress,” Joe’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., told Page Six.

In October 2018, a judge ruled that he was to be deported upon the completion of his 41-month prison sentence for fraud.

Joe has been battling to return to the country after he was deported to his homeland, Italy. He currently remains in Europe.

He can appeal the decision again if he wants to.

Estranged wife, Teresa Giudice is still living in their family home in New Jersey, along with their four daughters -- Gia, 19, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.
