'Real Housewives of New Jersey' cast member Joe Giudice has finally received some good news as his deportation back to Italy has been placed on hold until his case has run its course.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the United States Court of Appeals for The Third Circuit has ordered that Joe will stay in America while he is battling the case.
Now, Joe's legal team is said to be fighting to have him released from custody while he fights the case.
Joe was released earlier this year from prison after serving three years behind bars for tax fraud, but he was immediately transferred into ICE custody. He was ordered to be sent back to his homeland on Italy but is determined to fight to stay in the country where he has lived for all of his adult life.
His wife, Teresa Giudice has made it clear that she will divorce him if he is sent back to Italy.
