Joe Giudice's recent motion for an oral argument to the Third Circuit Court has denied.
Joe had asked the court on November 12 to give him an oral argument after the court decided to cancel the initial hearing date, per Radar Online, but his request has been refused.
This means that Joe will not be able to give his side of the story to the court. He is currently in Italy, awaiting a decision about his deportation. Joe is hoping to be allowed to return to the U.S., where his four daughters and his estranged wife, Teresa Giudice, currently reside.
Joe was placed in ICE custody in March after finishing his 41-month prison sentence for fraud. Teresa served almost one year in lockup for similar charges in 2015.
His marriage is reportedly approaching divorce. Joe spoke a little about it on a recent What What Happens Live Special:
"If we stay together, we stay together. If we don't, we don't," Joe said of the couple divorcing. "We'll see."
"I might see my wife and say, 'Oh, you're too old for me, honey,'" said about Teresa's plan to fly to visit him in Italy. "We'll see what happens."
