Beverly Hills Housewife Erika Jayne is being accused of receiving embezzled funds from her estranged husband, Tom Girardi — as he continues to battle several lawsuits accusing him of fraud.
According to court documents, Girardi is allegedly still funneling money to his wife Erika Jayne from his law firm.

“Breaking: [Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi’s] daughter had [payments] assigned to them via a court stipulation,” attorney Ronald Richards wrote. “Those payments are still on going. We are not aware they have been disclosed to anyone.”

Erika announced her split from Girardi months back — but many thought it was just a ploy to help her husband. Erika has always been fiercely loyal to him and it is out of character for her to desert him when he needs her the most.
