Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley is reportedly struggling to sell her luxurious Beverly Hills home.

Dorit and her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley's home have hosted several glamorous parties in their home on the Bravo television show. We've seen Dorit spend money fluidly, while at times, trying to hide the evidence from her husband (who appears to be more frugal.)

The couple appeared on Million Dollar Listing: L.A. on Thursday, to sell their “Dawnridge,” home. The home was first placed on the market in the summer of 2017 for $12.75 million.

The 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom home has been struggling to gain any interest from buyers, with one of the show's hosts telling them that they have overpriced the property. PK then agreed to lower the price to $8.995 million and the couple received an offer for $7.7 million but PK (who manages singer Boy George) turns it down flatly.

The 8,679-square-foot property contains a private drive, a home theater, a master suite with its own patio and a walk-in closet.

“We will sell this house at $8.5 million,” PK says. “That’s the price. Take it or leave it. I know what you’re doing. You’re trying to work me down and you’re wasting your time,” he adds. “I want you to get me the price that you said you’d get me.”

The deal falls through after PK tries to seal the deal himself before claiming that he is not desperate to sell.

According to The Blast, PK should be anxious to sell as he reportedly owes $1.2 million in unpaid loans. PK is also reportedly being sued by the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas for unpaid casino markers.
