More bad news for Beverly Hills Housewife, Dorit Kemsley, who has been threatened with arrest if she does not show up for court with her financial records in tow.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dorit and her husband Paul "PK" Kemsley have been put on notice to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom on Sept. 5, 2019.

"If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding," the order reads.

PK owes allegedly owes $1.2 million to Nico Kirzis who loaned him the cash back in 2011. Kirzis says PK has only paid enough to cover the interest and tried to wipe the debt clean by claiming bankruptcy.

On the show, Dorit has denied that she and PK were having money troubles. She also shot down a recent report that the couple's bank account had been frozen.
