Real Housewives of Atlanta's Apollo Nida is alleging that his ex-wife, Phaedra Parks is stopping him from seeing their two sons.

Two weeks ago, Apollo moved back to Atlanta - and began working as a barber. He did so - according to folks close to Apollo - to be near his sons.

Unfortunately, he still hasn't been able to see his sons. Was it bad timing - or something more nefarious?

Phaedra took the boys on a vacation. Here are pics of Phaedra and her sons on vacation:

Apollo, who was recently released from prison, shared a picture of his boys which he shares with Phaedra, and posted the following caption:

"DON'T WORRY ! We will be together soon, No matter what, she can't keep us apart. The fight will not stop to be a good DAD!!! There's not a day that goes by I don't think of the 2 of u. LOVE AND MISS YA SO MUCH.#dayonedad #alwaysbeenthere #fathershaverightstoo"

It's sounds like Apollo could be gearing up for a court battle with his attorney ex-wife.

Apollo Nida was taken back into custody in June just days after he was released from prison after reportedly breaking a technical condition of his release.

Phaedra claimed that her sons, Ayden, 9, and Dylan, 6, were "sad" and "disappointed," when Apollo was re-arrested around Father's Day.

"There's a box of Father's Day cards, mugs, little plates and things that they've made that I was going to send him,' she said, per Daily Mail. "And so my youngest son was like, 'so daddy will be here for Father's Day?' And I had explained to him, no. He couldn't come anyway because he was in the halfway house transition home. But you know, they can't talk to him at all now because he's back in prison."

He was originally sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud and identity theft in 2014.
