Phaedra Parks, the prim and proper former star of the Real Housewives of Atlanta exposed her breasts for fans on Instagram yesterday, MTO News has learned. 

MTO News viewed a screenshot of the incident, and it's clear that Phaedra willingly exposed her breasts for public view.

Phaedra is a self-proclaimed "Southern Belle" with multi-faceted interests and careers. Most recognized for being a highly regarded entertainment attorney, she joined the cast of the Real Housewives Of Atlanta from 2010-2016.

In her practice, she has represented stars such as Jermaine Dupri, Bobby Brown, Too $hort, and served as a legal analyst for Michael Jackson. 

Parks joined Bravo show The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its third season, joining the show with Cynthia Bailey.
