Adrienne Bailon from The Real has been bragging about her "perfect" relationship with fiance - gospel singer Israel Houghton. Well it ain't all that perfect.
The Texas Attorney General is claiming that Israel owes money for his side-children. No, not for the kids he has with his ex-wife. For the two that he ALLEGEDLY had outside of his marriage - with his alleged longtime mistress.
Here is how it is being reported elsewhere:
The Texas State Attorney General’s Child Support Division has sued the gospel singer to force him to pay for the upkeep of the two love children he allegedly fathered while still married to his wife of two decades . . .
The attorney general demanded in court papers recently that Houghton start paying both back and current child support for the two sons, Kingston, 4 and Khristian, 2, as well as medical expenses and health insurance.
The state wants Houghton come up with his tax returns, checking and savings accounts statements, 401K info, proof of health insurance coverage and income history so that the court can figure out how much he owes. And if Houghton doesn’t play ball, the attorney general’s office said it’s not above garnishing the man’s wages to pay for the children’s needs.
Texas’ top cop’s office said the 45-year-old Houghton has already admitted that he is the father of the older boy, Kingston – and filed an acknowledgement of paternity that Houghton purportedly signed as part of the petition. But the attorney general said the courts have to determine whether he is the father of Khristian. Both kids have Houghton’s last name, according to the lawsuit.
