Rapper YNW Melly says he’s not allowed visitors for 90 days after he posted a video on social media to promote his new project.
“To all my fans i love y’all and truly appreciate y’all,” YNW Melly wrote. “the broward county main jail lieutenant had confiscated my gucci shoes and my gucci sock / headband due to the promotion video i posted for my album in just a matter of slime last Friday and they have took my video visitation privileges for 90 days so i cannot interact with my family and fans through video visit.”
He added, “but the risk was worth it we went #1. they can take my shoes, socks and visit but they can’t take that #1 away i did it for y’all.”
The rapper is being held after he was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in February 2019 for allegedly shooting YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
