According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, Erica also filed a custody petition last week -- she wants full custody.

According to the publication, if they cannot agree on a custody schedule and an amount to be paid each month in child support, they will be forced to face off in court to determine what's best for their daughter.

Last week, Gibbs made headlines after Jeezy released a diss track addressing their long-running beef and taking yet more jabs.

"If 1-5 wasn't my dawg, I would've touched them/ When that sh-- went down with Gibbs, I couldn't trust him/ Invested my hard earned money, tied up my bread/ But he gon' try to tell you I'm flawed, that's in his head/ It's happening just the way that I said it, good on your own/ And if I'm honest, nothin' gangsta about you, leave this alone, yeah," he raps.
