Prosecutors have been forced to drop a rape case against 'Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood' alum, Mally Mall due to lack of evidence.
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney is refusing to file charges against the producer because, despite an extensive investigation by LAPD, the evidence just wasn't there.
The alleged victim claims that Mall offered to fly her in from Texas back in January to help her produce fitness training videos. She accepted, and when she arrived, he plied her with alcohol on two occasions and forcibly raped her.
Mall claims the sex was consensual and that she spent the weekend partying with him. He denies allegations of rape and claims that the woman is trying to extort him.
It's been a rough year for Mall who was also detained and released over the trafficking of both humans and of exotic animals. No charges were filed against him but animals were seized from his home.
